Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Session Cancellation
We understand that schedules can change. To avoid being charged for a session, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
2. Membership Cancellation
If you are on a recurring membership plan, you may cancel your membership at any time through the app settings. Please note the following:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current cycle.
- You will retain access to membership features until the cycle ends.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We generally do not offer refunds, but we may make exceptions under certain circumstances:
- A trainer fails to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice.
- A technical error results in a duplicate charge.
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation provided).
4. Dispute Resolution
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact our support team at support@3reps.fitness within 14 days of the charge date to initiate a dispute review.
